Return Policy

If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet your expectations:

  • Please e-mail us for an Return Authorization Number.
  • Upon receipt of your Return Authorization Number, return the item with its original tags and packaging. Returns must be in resaleable condition.
  • For your security, you should return the item with an insured courier within 10 days for a prompt refund or exchange. Retain the receipt the courier gives you so you can contact them in case something happens to your return in transit. We are not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
  • Your refund or exchange amount will be the price of the item returned and will not include the shipping and handling charges originally paid with your order.


Items received by customer in damaged condition

If your shipment arrives and the box is obviously damaged, please refuse delivery and do not accept the damaged package and then contact us immediately.

If you find that an item is damaged after you open the packaging, you must retain the packaging as proof that the item was damaged during shipment and email us. (Note that the courier will need to see all original packaging to confirm damage in transit and validate returns.) We will happily and immediately ship you a replacement at no cost to you. We will give you instructions on what to do with the damaged item, which may entail returning the item to us at no cost to you.


Manufacturer's Warranties
